  • Our 2010 Suburban needed a front end alignment, the brakes checked and had a small leak coming from the coolant line going to the transmission. Ron called us to verify the leak, confirm the front end alignment was complete. We knew the original warranty had expired on the leak but we had purchased an extended warranty from a third party. Ron asked for information to contact them and we directed him to the paperwork in the vehicle. He found it, contacted the insurer and then called us to let us know the details and that he had to order the part and it would not be in until Wednesday and so we scheduled an appointment to finish the work. We took the Suburban in Thursday morning and picked it up early Friday morning with all the work completed at a reasonable rate. Ron and his staff do an outstanding job for us each time we have taken a vehicle in for service. Ron is great to work with and is one of the most courteous service managers we have encountered.
